Commerzbank ( (DE:CBK) ) has provided an announcement.
Commerzbank AG has launched two euro-denominated fixed-to-floating non-preferred senior bond issues under its medium-term note programme, comprising a 5.5NC4.5 benchmark due 2031 and an 11NC10 green benchmark due 2037. The notes will be listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, and the green tranche underlines Commerzbank’s continued use of sustainable funding instruments in line with market demand and regulatory capital needs.
The bank, acting as Stabilisation Coordinator alongside a syndicate of international banks, has put in place a stabilisation framework that allows over-allotment and market price support for up to 30 days after issuance. This stabilisation capacity is intended to support orderly trading and pricing of the new bonds, which may help Commerzbank optimise funding conditions and signal balance-sheet strength to fixed-income investors.
