Commerzbank AG has announced the potential stabilisation of its upcoming EUR senior non-preferred 8NC7 Notes due in 2032, led by a team of Stabilising Managers including Commerzbank AG itself. During a stabilisation period starting July 9, 2024, and lasting up to 30 days post-issue, the managers may undertake measures to support the market price of the securities. This effort is to ensure market stability, although there is no guarantee that stabilisation will occur.
