Commerzbank AG has issued EUR 1 billion in fixed-to-floating non-preferred senior notes due 2031 and EUR 750 million in fixed-to-floating green non-preferred senior notes due 2037 under its MTN programme, targeting institutional fixed income investors and sustainable finance markets.
