Commerzbank AG, acting as the Stabilisation Coordinator, announced the pre-stabilisation of mBank S.A.’s EUR 500 million Green Senior Non-Preferred Notes due March 2032. The issuance is part of the Euro Medium Term Note Programme and will be traded on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The stabilisation period is set to begin on November 25, 2025, and may last up to 30 days after the issue date. This move aims to support the market price of the securities, although stabilisation actions are not guaranteed and may cease at any time.
