Commerce Resources Corp. has appointed Ross Carroll, a mining executive with extensive international experience, as its new President and CEO to lead the development of the Ashram Rare Earth and Fluorspar Project. With a background in finance, M&A, and strategic operations, Carroll’s expertise will be pivotal as the company embarks on the next phase of growth. The appointment coincides with the resignation of former President and CEO, Chris Grove, who will transition to Director of Corporate Development.
