Commander Resources Secures $4.1M from Royalty Sale

Commander Resources (TSE:CMD) has released an update.

Commander Resources Ltd. has successfully completed the sale of its royalty interests for US $4.1 million, with the intention to use the funds to finance drilling and exploration of high-priority projects and to seek new opportunities in the copper-gold sector. The deal, advised by GenCap Mining Advisory Ltd. and Harper Grey LLP, bolsters the company’s non-dilutive financial resources, aligning with its strategic model for growth and value creation for shareholders.
