Commander Resources Receives Unsolicited Takeover Bid

Commander Resources Ltd. has been approached by FruchtExpress Grabher GmbH & Co KG with an unsolicited all-cash acquisition offer of $0.09 per share for all outstanding shares. Shareholders are advised to await a formal board recommendation, as the board is currently evaluating the offer and considering the company’s strategic options. Commander Resources, a Canadian exploration firm, continues its focus on drilling priority projects and seeks to expand its exposure to premium exploration opportunities.
