Comfort Systems Welcomes Gaurav Kapoor to Board and Audit Committee

Comfort Systems (FIX) has issued an announcement.

Comfort Systems USA, Inc. has announced the appointment of Gaurav Kapoor to its Board of Directors and Audit Committee, effective August 1, 2024. Kapoor will receive the standard compensation package for non-employee directors, including an annual retainer, potential additional fees for chair roles, and a stock award. His appointment, which was recommended by the Board’s Nominating, Governance and Sustainability committee, is also reinforced with a standard director indemnification agreement, and there are no disclosed conflicts of interest or reportable transactions involving Kapoor.
