Comforia Residential REIT, Inc. has finalized the interest rate for a long-term loan of 3.19 billion yen at 1.31100%, which was previously announced on July 25, 2024. The loan involves multiple lenders, including the Development Bank of Japan and Mizuho Bank, with a drawdown date of July 31, 2024, and a repayment date of July 31, 2032. The loan will be repaid in a lump sum, is unsecured and unguaranteed.
