Comforia Residential REIT, Inc. has entered into a new ¥13,500 million commitment line agreement with Mizuho Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, and MUFG Bank to ensure stable financing for future property acquisitions. This new financial arrangement replaces the existing commitment line set to expire on September 28, 2024, and will extend from September 29, 2024, to September 28, 2025, without requiring security or guarantees.
