Comet Resources Limited has reported a decrease in its voting power in International Graphite Ltd from 24.22% to 16.93%, following the issuance of new shares and an off-market sale. The changes, which occurred between April and June 2024, reduced Comet Resources’ shareholding by over 7 million shares, valued at $655,333.
