Columbus McKinnon Enhances Board with New Director Appointment

Columbus McKinnon Corporation has bolstered its Board of Directors with the addition of Chris J. Stephens Jr., effective immediately. Bringing his expertise to the Audit and Human Capital, Compensation and Succession Committees, Stephens will partake in the standard compensation program for non-employee directors. His tenure will extend until the next annual shareholders’ meeting, where a successor will be chosen or upon his potential earlier departure.
