Marston’s PLC has reported that Coltrane Asset Management, L.P. has altered its stake in the company, with a decrease in total voting rights from 5.000895% to 4.970000%, now holding 9,306,046 voting rights. This change in shareholding crossed the notification threshold on May 9, 2024, and Marston’s was officially notified on May 13, 2024. The adjustment comes through transactions in financial instruments with an economic effect similar to that of equity, specifically equity CFDs.
