Colowide Co., Ltd. has set the issue price for its new shares at ¥1,697.5 per share, aiming to raise a total of ¥28.85 billion in a primary offering, with additional funds from a secondary offering and third-party allotment. The proceeds from these offerings, estimated at up to ¥31.64 billion, will be used as standby funds for mergers and acquisitions to expand the company’s business by September 2026, with any unallocated funds by that time being used to repay borrowings by March 2027.
