Coloured Ties Capital Inc. has clarified its financial engagements, announcing the successful repayment of a CAD$300,000 loan to Flowing Lithium Exploration Inc. with interest, and a separate ongoing CAD$265,000 loan to Canuck Lithium Corp., both involving company insiders. These transactions, which are considered ‘related party transactions’, are under exemptions due to their size relative to the company’s market cap. The company is actively working to resume trading on the TSX Venture Exchange.
