Colossus Resources Corp. has successfully completed the first segment of its non-brokered private placement, raising $252,000 through the issuance of over 1.5 million units at $0.16 each. These funds are earmarked for property fees in Chile and general working capital. Investors are reminded that the new securities are subject to a four-month hold period.
