An Appendix 3Z Final Director’s Interest Notice was released detailing O’Malley’s cessation and his interests in securities, which includes various Performance Rights under the company’s incentive plan. Collins Foods is known for operating KFC and Taco Bell franchises in Australia and KFC franchises in Germany and the Netherlands, with a mission of ‘Restaurants Done Better.’
