Segment performance was led by Commercial Real Estate and a 40% full-year revenue surge in Engineering, aided by acquisitions, while Investment Management expanded on the back of dealmaking and platform investments, and management highlighted strong free cash flow conversion and the recently agreed acquisition of Ayesa Engineering as expanding Colliers’ growth runway and reinforcing its diversified, recurring-revenue strategy entering 2026.
