Collective Audience, Inc. has announced a delay in filing its Form 10-Q (Quarter Report) for the financial period ending March 31, 2025. The delay is attributed to the recent acquisition of The Odyssey SAS (BeOp), which involves complex accounting and disclosure requirements, as well as changes in the company’s independent registered public accounting firms. The company has switched from Yusufali & Associates, LLC to GreenGrowth CPAs, and then to Boladale Lawal & Co., Chartered Accountants, causing further delays. Collective Audience does not expect to file the report within the five-day extension period. Despite these challenges, the company does not anticipate any significant changes in its financial results from the previous year. The notification was signed by CEO Peter Bordes, and the company is committed to resolving these issues and ensuring compliance.
