Colin Richardson has joined the Board of Directors of Nabors Energy Transition Corp. II, bringing a wealth of experience from his extensive career in investment banking, including high-level positions at MA Financial Australia and Vast Renewables Limited. Recognized as an independent director, his expertise in strategic advisory and mergers will enhance the Board’s depth, especially on the audit committee. As part of his appointment, Richardson has entered into standard indemnification and share agreements with the Company, further aligning his interests with its success.
