Colibri Resource Launches Private Placement for Exploration

Colibri Resource (TSE:CBI) has released an update.

Colibri Resource Corporation is set to raise up to $450,000 through a non-brokered private placement, offering units that include shares and warrants, to fund exploration of its gold and silver projects in Mexico. The proceeds will support the promising Pilar Gold Project and EP Gold Project, with the placement expected to close by mid-September 2024, pending TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
