Colibri Resource Corporation has announced the extension of its private placement offering aimed to raise up to CDN$450,000 by selling units at CDN$0.05 each, with closure expected by November 3, 2024. These units include a common share and a purchase warrant, exercisable within 24 months. The funds raised will support exploration at the company’s gold projects in Mexico and for working capital.
