Coles Group Limited has announced the appointment of Peter Kenneth Allen as a new director effective from September 1, 2024. The announcement, made in compliance with the Listing Rules, includes an initial director’s interest notice which indicates that Allen currently holds no securities in the company. The information has been released to the market and is now public property of the ASX.
