Coles Group Limited is facing class action proceedings initiated by Gerard Malouf & Partners in the Federal Court of Australia. These proceedings are related to earlier allegations from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, which Coles is already defending. The company has expressed its intention to also defend against these new class action claims.
