Colefax Group PLC has successfully completed a share buyback, acquiring 307,043 shares at £7.80 each, amounting to £2.39 million. This transaction, executed by Peel Hunt, will reduce the company’s total share capital to 5,917,238 shares. Changes in director holdings include David Green selling 50,000 shares, while strategic transactions with Jupiter Asset Management and David Green have been deemed fair and reasonable by the board.
