Cohort plc has announced the vesting and transfer of Ordinary Shares to executive directors AS Thomis and SR Walther under the company’s 2013 Restricted Share Scheme. Post-transaction, Thomis and Walther hold 0.62% and 0.56% of the total issued share capital respectively. The shares vest in increments over three years and are subject to sale restrictions while the recipients are employed by the company.
