Cohort PLC’s Chief Executive, Andrew Thomis, exercised and sold 19,224 shares at 807.51 pence per share on July 22, 2024, under the company’s Share Option Plan, with his remaining interest in the company at 0.61% of total share capital. Cohort PLC is a parent company of six businesses in the defence market and is listed on London’s AIM market.
