Cohort plc has reported a vesting of share awards for executive directors AS Thomis and SR Walther under the company’s 2013 Restricted Share Scheme, with full ownership transferring in stages and restrictions on sale while employed by the company. After the transactions, Thomis and Walther’s shareholdings represent 0.63% and 0.57% of the total issued share capital, respectively. These events reflect the company’s ongoing commitment to aligning the interests of its directors with those of its shareholders.
