Cohort plc has announced the acquisition of EM Solutions, an Australian firm specializing in advanced naval satellite communications, for AUD$144 million. This strategic move aims to expand Cohort’s presence in the fast-growing naval SATCOM market and enhance its offerings across the UK, Europe, Asia, and South America. The acquisition is expected to boost earnings per share from the first full financial year of ownership.
