COHERIS, a leading French CRM solutions publisher, reported a slight decrease in its first half 2024 business revenue, with a 3.6% drop from the previous year, down to 6.6 M€. However, the company saw a significant shift towards subscription-based revenue, which increased by 17.1% and now represents over half of the total revenue. Despite the overall decline in service revenue by 15%, COHERIS’s annual recurring revenue saw a marginal increase, indicating a steady flow of income.
