Coherent Corp. has announced that its CEO, James R. Anderson, will take on an additional role as the company’s President starting September 1, 2024. This appointment follows the resignation of the former President, Walter R. Bashaw II, effective September 6, 2024. Anderson, who has no familial ties to the company’s directors or officers and no material interests in any transactions, was selected without any special arrangements and will not receive new grants or modifications to existing contracts in connection with this role expansion.
