On March 18, 2025, Cohen Circle Acquisition Corp. I entered into a business combination agreement with VEON Amsterdam B.V., VEON Holdings B.V., Kyivstar Group Ltd., and Varna Merger Sub Corp. This agreement is part of a strategic move to create a new entity, PubCo, which will be the first U.S.-listed pure play Ukrainian investment opportunity. The business combination is subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals, and its successful completion could significantly impact the company’s market positioning by attracting investor interest and expanding its operational scope.
