Cogstate Director Bolsters Shareholding

Cogstate Ltd (AU:CGS) has released an update.

Cogstate Ltd has announced a change in the director’s interest, with Martyn Myer acquiring 100,000 additional ordinary shares through an indirect interest on August 23, 2024. The change adds to Myer’s substantial existing holdings in the company, which includes over 6 million shares held indirectly through various family trusts and superannuation funds.
