CodeLab Capital AS Concludes Major Private Placement

PatientSky Group AS (DE:P99) has released an update.

CodeLab Capital AS has successfully completed a private placement, issuing 137,931,035 new shares and raising NOK 40 million. An extraordinary general meeting resulted in approval of the placement, with all agenda items passed as proposed by the Board of Directors. The new shares from the second tranche, except those allocated to Codee Holding AS, are now tradable.
