Codan Limited has announced a change in their director Sarah Adam-Gedge’s interest in the company, with a recent on-market purchase of 5,000 ordinary shares at $10.75 each, increasing her total holdings to 13,000 shares. No changes in director’s interests in contracts were reported, and the transactions were not made during a closed period.
