Cocoon Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of Ms. Chan Man Yi from her roles as Director and committee chair due to other business commitments, effective from August 1, 2024. Ms. Lin Hsiu Mei will take over as an independent non-executive Director and committee member, bringing extensive experience in accounting and finance to the role. The company has expressed appreciation for Ms. Chan’s contributions and has confirmed Ms. Lin’s independence and lack of conflict of interest in her new position.
