Coca-Cola HBC has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for September 16, 2024, to address board changes, including the resignation of non-executive director Anna Diamantopoulou and the proposed election of Elizabeth Bastoni as her replacement. Bastoni, with a strong background in executive roles and over a decade of directorship experience, is set to join the Board of Directors and the Remuneration Committee, subject to shareholder approval at the EGM.
