Coca-Cola HBC AG has announced the repurchase of 2,394 of its ordinary shares on 11 September 2024, at a uniform price of £28.00 per share, as part of its ongoing share buyback program initiated in November 2023. The shares will be held in treasury with the possibility of being used for employee incentives or cancelled upon shareholder approval. Following this transaction, the company’s total number of voting rights stands at 363,007,238.
