Coca-Cola HBC AG has reported the repurchase of 38,813 of its own shares on August 28, 2024, as part of its share buyback program initiated in November 2023. The transactions were carried out through various trading venues and at prices ranging from £27.7600 to £28.0000 per share, with the shares to be held in treasury for potential use in employee incentive schemes or possible cancellation. Following the buyback, the total number of voting rights in Coca-Cola HBC stands at 363,078,459.
