Coca-Cola HBC AG has announced the repurchase of 69,722 of its ordinary shares at a volume-weighted average price of £27.3037 per share, as part of its ongoing share purchase programme. These shares will be held in treasury and may be used for employee incentives or potentially cancelled with shareholder approval. The company’s total number of voting rights now stands at 363,117,272 following the buyback.
