Coca-Cola HBC AG announced the repurchase of 163,213 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging between £26.7800 and £26.9800 per share, as part of its ongoing share buyback program. These shares will be held in treasury to potentially satisfy employee incentive schemes or be cancelled with shareholder approval. Following the buyback, the total number of voting rights in the company stands at 362,252,576.
