Coca-Cola Europacific Partners announced that Independent Non-executive Director Guillaume Bacuvier will retire from its board following the 28 May 2026 Annual General Meeting, citing increased commitments in a new external role. Bacuvier, who joined the board in January 2024 and served on the Remuneration Committee, contributed expertise in consumer behaviour, strategy, and data and technology across Europe and Asia-Pacific.
As part of its board succession planning, the company has appointed Booking.com Chief Financial Officer Uvashni Raman as an Independent Non-executive Director, effective from the conclusion of the same AGM. Raman brings extensive financial and operational experience across technology, consumer, media and mining sectors, reinforcing CCEP’s governance and strategic capabilities as it manages growth, sustainability, capital markets engagement and business transformation.
