Coca-Cola Europacific Partners ( (CCEP) ) has provided an announcement.

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners has executed another tranche of its 2026 share buyback programme, purchasing 50,000 ordinary shares on U.S. trading venues and 20,000 on London trading venues on 9 March. The repurchased shares, including CREST Depositary Interests acquired in London, will be cancelled, reducing the company’s share count.

These transactions are part of a previously announced plan to repurchase up to EUR 1 billion of ordinary shares, signalling management’s confidence in the company’s financial position and long-term prospects. The ongoing buyback supports earnings per share accretion and may enhance shareholder returns, while also reinforcing CCEP’s positioning as a large-cap, index-constituent beverage leader in global equity markets.

The most recent analyst rating on (CCEP) stock is a Buy with a $100.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Coca-Cola Europacific Partners stock, see the CCEP Stock Forecast page.
