The Coca-Cola Company confirmed that Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Henrique Braun will become chief executive officer on March 31, 2026, succeeding James Quincey, who will remain as executive chairman of the board. The leadership transition, initially announced on December 10, 2025, formalizes a separation of the CEO and chair roles while retaining Quincey’s strategic oversight.

On February 19, 2026, the company issued letters detailing compensation for both executives effective March 31, 2026, setting Braun’s base salary at $1.45 million with a target annual incentive of 200% of base pay, and Quincey’s base salary at $1.2 million with the same incentive target.
