Cobre Limited has requested a trading halt for its securities on the ASX, effective immediately, ahead of a forthcoming announcement regarding a significant transaction with its projects in the Kalahari Copper Belt, Botswana. The halt is expected to remain in place until either the announcement is made or trading resumes on Tuesday, 24 September 2024. The company has confirmed that there are no undisclosed reasons that would prevent the grant of the trading halt.
