The company reported that Addison acquired 472,622 Cobre shares on-market on 22 December 2025 at an average price of $0.092 per share, increasing his indirect shareholding to 6,622,623 shares while his existing options positions across both entities remain unchanged, signalling a modest vote of confidence by the director in the company’s equity without altering its capital structure.
