Cobalt Blue Holdings Ltd. has disclosed a change in director Joe Kaderavek’s interest in the company, with a transaction involving the partial vesting of performance rights. Following the achievement of certain performance milestones, Kaderavek’s holdings have increased by 160,984 ordinary shares and decreased by 643,939 performance rights, leaving him with a total of 8,682,163 ordinary shares and 1,204,040 performance rights.
