In a unanimous decision during the Special General Meeting on August 15, 2024, shareholders of Coastal Greenland Limited approved a resolution concerning the Share Transfer Agreement for the disposal of shares in Asiafame Development Limited. The approval allows the Directors to take necessary actions to implement and complete the transactions stipulated in the agreement. The resolution was passed with 100% of the votes in favor, indicating strong shareholder support for the company’s strategic decision.
