Coastal Greenland Limited announced a further delay in the dispatch of a Circular related to a significant sale of shares in Asiafame Development Limited, now expected to reach shareholders by 26 July 2024. The Circular will provide detailed information on the Share Transfer Agreement, financial details of the involved companies, and the notice for an upcoming Special General Meeting. The delay is due to the need for additional time to finalize certain details in the Circular.
