Coast Copper Corp. successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $525,000 by issuing 8.75 million units at $0.06 each, including warrants exercisable at $0.12. This marks the company’s first financing since the sale of its Red Chris Properties in 2022. The capital raised will help position the company for market recovery and continue the development of its copper-focused assets.
